    Preface

Originally prepared at the request of the World Islamic Union and the first edition of which was carried out in 1982, this meâl emerged as a work product on the basis of isbölm. Within the framework of this study, ali özek 1-48, 581-604; Hayreddin Karaman 76- 126; Mustafa Caller 49-62, 281-358; Ibrahim Kafi Dön ve not;mez 63-75, 358-420,561-580; Sadreddin Silver 127-280; Ali Turgut had translated pages 421-560 and put up explanatory notes.

Later, several joint studies were carried out in groups of three and as a full delegation, both to remove the statements made without the knowledge of the delegation and to correct the printing errors and to review the statements and explanations in a delegation.

This is the work of a delegation, not a person, as can be seen from the statements. Where it is possible to express a verse, original meaning and judgment in a few ways without change, the style of the members of the delegation is not touched, so that the richness of the Divine book, which has inaccessible beauties and indescribable meanings and secrets within the framework of the concept, is reflected in a small scale.

The Quran is like a sea of infinite depth and breadth. The comments, translations and explanations made to date have presented people with a piece of that endless sea. As a delegation, we are happy to have explored for you for a while in this sea of bliss and to offer you some of its beauties.

We remember Prof. Dr. Ali Turgut, who we deeply saddened by his death as a result of a moment of discomfort during the last delegation work, and we ask for mercy and forgiveness from God.

Our prayer from Cenab-ı Mevlâ is that he does not deprive our sentence of faith and the Qur'an in the world, and that he gives his grace in our faith to understand my name and reflect it on our lives in its entirety.

    DELEGATION

QURAN and ME and Acirc; L

The Qur'an is a guide and a book of i'câz. It is a unique miracle sent to convey humanity to the right path.

"Quran" is an infinitive meaning "reading" as a word. However, since it is the most read and read book in the world, it is used in the sense of ism-i mef ul. The whole of the mushaf is called the Qur'an, and some of it, even a verse, is called the Qur'an. The Quran has other names; but the most common is the Qur'an. Some of his other names include: Kitâb, Furkan, Zikr, Tenzil. Famous adjectives include: Mubîn, kerîm, nûr, hüdâ, rahmet, shifâ, mev'i, büşrâ, bashir, nezir, aziz.

Considering its various characteristics, it is possible to define the Qur'an as follows: "The Qur'an is a miracle word that was sent down to Muhammad in 23 years of prophethood, in Arabic language and through revelation, starting with the Sûre of Fâtiha and ending with the Sûre of Nâs, written in mushafs and being transported as a tribute."

The insulation of the Qur'an at different times according to different causes and conditions for 23 years is closely related to the way it follows a method of treatment and upbringing in accordance with the psychology of the person it wants to study and rehabilitate. Because man, who is a rational being, has the ability to learn, comprehend and improve. It requires time and effort to abandon a behavior that one learns and habitually, just as one can get used to and adjustment to anything. For this reason, the Qur'an has come down at time intervals.

The Prophet took the Qur'an as a revelation and served it to his people as he received it from his own hand without any additional and no diminishing.

The Qur'an is a book worshipped by words. In addition to being read in basic prayers such as prayer, it is also worshipping the Qur'an, listening to it, looking at its writings, teaching and teaching someone else.

It is assumed to learn and memorize from the Qur'an the amount to be read in the prayers, as is the case. It is not possible to fulfill this fariza by memorizing the translation of the Quran; in other words, prayer is not performed with the translation of the Quran. Every Muslim should learn to read the Qur'an in fact with a little effort. However, it is also a good deed to read the translations and translations of the Qur'an.

The Qur'an is a miracle in its words and meanings. The fact that the Qur'an is a miracle means that it is not possible for its likeness to be made by humans. Indeed, the Quran is completely different from the works copyrighted and edited by people in many aspects such as its landing, reading, writing, preservation, arrangement and arrangement, the way it handles the issues, the way it gives information from the herehan, the accuracy of the news it gives.

In style, the Qur'an is not like any other work. Because the works that people make up are either poetry or desir. The Qur'an is neither poetry nor desir. In addition, there is a rich and unique music in the Qur'an that is not seen in any work. To reflect this music, the entire Qur'an is read in isolation and tertîl.

Since the Qur'an is the word of Allah, it is a woman. For this reason, the Qur'an in Turkish is also amen to "Kelâm-ı Kadîm". What we read in our languages, what we hear with our ears, what we write with our pens, what we see with our eyes, the mushaf that we hold with our hands, is the manifestation in the world of asim matter, which is a woman. My Qur'an is in the original levh-i mahfuz, which is my woman. The Qur'an was first sent from the levh-i mahfuz to an office called Beytu'l-izze, which was called "inzâr"; From there, it was sent to our Prophet as a revelation through Gabriel (a.s.), which is called "tenzil".

In fact, all the prophet's communiqués are revelations, but not all of them are covered by the Qur'an. As follows: "Qur'an", meaning of which is revealed and spoken by the Prophet in reference to Almighty God, and "hadith-i kudsî" (hadith in short) to the words that are sent as revelations by Allah and entering into the above recipe framework, are also called "hadith-i nebevî" (hadith for short).

The Qur'an was sent to all spite of humanity in Arabic. Accordingly, there are two ways to communicate the Qur'an to people: either to teach all people Arabic, or to translate the Qur'an into other languages. It is impossible to teach Arabic to all people, and there is no need for it. In fact, it is stated in the Qur'an that various languages exist and that this is one of the proofs of God's existence and power. In this case, the qur'an arises due to the need to translate it into other languages.

In fact, the delivery of my Qur'an to all humanity can take place in two way:

1- The Arabic text of the Qur'an is delivered to all people because it is a book worshipped with words. Thus, everyone has the opportunity to read it, listen to it, memorize it, read it in their worship, and be moved by it even though they do not understand its meaning. As a matter of fact, for centuries, Muslims have been reading the Arabic original of the Qur'an, even memorizing it from beginning to end, and they are touched and moved by its country.

2-Translation of the Qur'an from Arabic to other languages and writing its translation in different languages, including Arabic. With this point in mind, the Qur'an has been translated into many of the world's languages and has been translated into some languages. Since it is not possible to transfer the meaning of the Qur'an to other languages through sweat and notes, translations made in this field (meaning "conclusion" in the dictionary) are called with the term "meâl".

It is a fact that many people in the world become Muslims every day, both by reading and listening to the original Quran and by reading the translations of the Quran. This is one of the striking proofs and notes that the Qur'an is a miracle in words and meaning and maintains its freshness all the time. While the translations and translations of the Qur'an reveal its unique aspects, many people will have their share of guidance in this way until the apocalypse.
