    Preface

One of the meanings of the Qur'an, a guide to hydration, is "reading". Since it is the most read and should be read book, it is given the name of the Quran in the sense of reading and the book that should be read. Humanity is always in need of the guidance of the Qur'an, the most reciprocal and latest celestial book sent to all mankind. For him, understanding, living and telling this book is a duty that every Muslim will focus on with precision.

The Qur'an, which is the main source of the beliefs and worships of Islam, the social, economic and legal system, in short, the full knowledge of Islam, has been inzal to the Prophet Muhammad (p.a.v.) in approximately twenty-three years through Gabriel (a.s.).

The insulation of the Qur'an for twenty-three years according to different reasons and conditions and at different times is closely related to its follow-up of a manner in accordance with the psychology of the person it wants to study and rehabilitate. Because the person who has reason, free will and thought; is capable of learning, understanding and understanding. It also takes a time for him to abandon a behavior that he habituates, such as being able to get used to anything, and that is why the Qur'an descends from time to time, rather than at once.

All of mushaf is called the Qur'an, and some of it, even a verse, can be called the Qur'an.
The Qur'an is described in different ways with its various characteristics. Among them, it is possible to describe it as follows. "The Qur'an is the miracle word of Almighty Allah, which was sent down to the Prophet Muhammad in Arabic during his twenty-three years of prophecy, which originated from revelation with his word and meaning, which began with the surah of Fatiha and ended with the Surah of Nas, written in the mushaf, which was conveyed as a permissive and worshipped with his grace."

As stated in the verses, the Qur'an was sent not only to arabs, but rather to all mankind. Learning and living with its versatile features and superiorities is actually a great no and a very important task.

In addition to being read in basic prayers such as prayer, it is also a worship to read, listen, teach and teach the Quran. As it is obligatory to pray, it is also obligatory to learn and memorize the amount of verses to be read in prayer. For this reason, throughout the history of Islam, Muslims have attached great importance to reading and learning and teaching the Quran every century and all over the Islamic world.

It is not possible for people to create the likeness of the miracle Qur'an without words and meanings, it is one of the remarkable features of him that he preserves his originality, the order of his verses and surahs, the way he deals with the issues, the way he informs from the afterlife, and all the news and information he gives is accurate.

The Qur'an, which is not like any other work in terms of procedure, is the ancient word of Almighty God. The mushafs we have are manifestations of the original in the realm of matter, which is in the levhi Mahfuz.

The full information that our Prophet has ordered is due to revelation, but not all of them are included in the Qur'an. As is known, the words reported by Almighty God through revelation are called "Quran". The words uquated by Muhammad (a.s.) in accordance with Almighty Allah are called "kudsi hadith" and besides these, the words, verbs and phrases of the Prophet are called "hadiths".

The Qur'an has been translated from Arabic into other languages and many interpretations have been written in different languages, including Arabic. The goal is for the Message of the Quran to reach the full believers. For this reason, the Qur'an has been translated into many of the world's languages to this day. Since it is not possible to transfer the meaning of the Qur'an to other languages through translation, translations made in this field are referred to as "meal" (which means "conclusion to be reached" in the dictionary)

Today, every day in the world, many people convert to Islam either by reading and listening to the truth of the Qur'an or by turning to their interpretations. On the one hand, it shows what kind of book the Qur'an is, while on the other hand it screams to humanity. With these thoughts, we wanted to present the meal in the "Language of the Qur'an" by our famous mufti, Elmali Hamdi Yazr, to the benefit of our people with some changes that are easy for readers to understand by sticking to the truth. Taking into account the demands of the publishing house, we chose to make the original text more understandable by sometimes opening parent brackets and sometimes simplifying them. Finally, we would like to thank the owners and managers of Seda Publications, who have not spared their efforts in the preparation and printing of this meal, and we ask Almighty Allah that this work be auspicious.
