He was born in 1965 in the village of Başkurtdere in Erzurum central Ovacık township, finished primary and secondary school in Erzurum and completed his high school in Industrial Vocational High School. Between 1982-86, he graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Eastern Languages. After that, he came to Istanbul, in the broadcasting market; He was engaged in publishing, editing and translation works. In 1990, he started to work in the Ottoman Archives Department of the Prime Ministry General Directorate of State Archives, located in the same neighborhood. In the meantime, he never left the publication and in 1992 he started to write books on his own behalf. On the other hand, he was engaged in sworn translation works in Arabic, Persian and Ottoman and gave lectures on these issues. He wrote Turkish and Arabic works on Ottoman education.
Our author, like many former chroniclers in this cultural and publishing environment; He wrote many novels on this subject by combining the science of history and literature. He had about twenty published and unpublished works, and his works were spread and read from Azerbaijan to England, from the Caucasus to North Africa in a short time. He was sent to Libya to organize Ottoman archives and to study Ottoman Turkish, where he accomplished many successful works and trained students. Our writer, who is married and has two children, still continues his duty in the Ottoman Archives.
