The word literally means great armor. Cevşen already contains a wide range of truths with the most beautiful names, unique prayers and supplications. The Prophet (pbuh) stated that prayers made with the great name will be accepted. (Ibn-i Mace Prayer: 9) The narration about Cevşen, which is the source of this truth, is as follows: "Our Prophet (pbuh) was going to Mount Uhud wearing his armor. The weather was very cold. At one point, he raised his head, looked at the sky and prayed to Allah. Suddenly, the heavenly gates opened. He saw Gabriel (a.s.). Gabriel (a.s.) was covered in light. He said to the Messenger of Allah (s.a.v.): - I brought you greetings, tahiyye and hospitality from God Almighty. After receiving the greeting of our Prophet (s.a.v.). Gabriel (a.s.) presented the prayer he brought and said: - Take off your armor and read this prayer; if you carry this prayer on you and read it, it has a greater effect than the armor. Our Prophet (pbuh), who thinks about his ummah at every moment and at every opportunity: - The effect of this prayer "Is it just for me or does it apply to my ummah?" he asked. Gabriel (a.s.) gave the following good news: - O Messenger of Allah! This prayer is a gift from Allah Almighty to you and your ummah. No one can receive the reward of this except Allah (swt). cannot appreciate.
