PREFACE

The emergence period of the four madhhabs covers a period from the birth of Abu Hanifa in 80 AH to the death of Imam Ahmad in 241 AH, that is, from the beginning of the first century to the middle of the third century.

The differences between these four sects are due to two important reasons. These;

-Each sect is affected by the scientific environment it is in and the currents it struggles with,

-The number of sources in Sharia is high, the source accepted by one of the sects is not accepted by the other and the differences in prioritizing these sources.

I prepared this book because I saw the astonishment of those who wanted a fatwa because of different judgments on a subject.
