PREFACE
All praises are reserved for Allâh-u Ta'âlâ, who said: "Make Hajj and Umrah for Allah" (from Surat al-Baqara: 197).
Endless salutations: "Whoever performs pilgrimage does not speak obscene and does not commit sins, he will return (from the pilgrimage) like the day his mother gave birth."
(Bukhârî, Haj: 4, no: 1449, 2/553), the Prophet (Salat al-ullahu Aleyhi ve Salam), who said, and the âl-i eshâb who did not obey the duties of hajj-umrah!
It should be noted that; When Allah-u-Ta'âlâ ordered any worship, he said: "Perform hajj and umrah completely for Allah" when he ordered the prayers of hajj and umrah in a way that he did not command. As it can be understood from this, fiqh of hajj and umrah worship should be well known and one should act accordingly.
It is also for this reason that the Prophet (Sallâllâhu Aleyhi and Salam) did not demand facilitation from Allah when he started any worship other than hajj and umrah prayers.
That is why while this poor brother has long been thinking about writing a detailed treatise on this subject, my Lord blessed me to fulfill my wish in these days, when we are approaching the end of 2010.
While preparing this epistle, we have used many sources, the most important of them are the work of Imam-i Kâ-sânî (Rahimehullâh) named "BedâVu tertîbVş- sharâi", Ibni Abid's "Hâşiyetü Reddil-muhtâr ale'd-Dürri'l-mukhtar annotation" l-ebsâr ", the work of Şürunbülâlî (Rahimehullâh) named" Merâki'l-felâh bi imdâdi'l-Fet- tah Şerhu Nûri'l-îzâh "by İbnü'l-Hü- mâm (Rahimehullâh) m" Şerhu Fethil -Kadîr ala Şerhi Bidâyeti'l-mübtedî and Wahbe az-Zühaylî's work named "el-Fıkhu'l-İslâmî ve edilletü- hû".
On this occasion, I ask Allah Almighty for you to be able to read and understand this work thoroughly and to perform hajj and umrah again and again with halal goods. May my Lord be easy and accepted.
