    Preface

Shamd, to the Lord of the worlds, to His Messenger, and to the people of His Messenger, and mercy to the people of His Messenger...

Islamic law science is such an ocean that it is the greatest blessing and virtue to find and acquire and benefit from pearls in this knowledge. Many fiqh books presenting these pearls have been prepared and presented today. One of the pearls of Islamic law (Ahvâli Nîsâ) is stated under the title "Women's (special) situations".

The books titled "Knowledge of Behavior" in short, contain tidy information that will help and guide the Lord of the person to fulfill his responsibilities towards himself, his surroundings and the society in which he lives. In your knowledge, religious and legal issues related to women are based on basic sources and the opinions of the Dynastic sect, but sometimes other sect views are prepared by be-lirt.

There are some physical and spiritual differences between men and women in terms of their creation. As a result, there are differences in the hu-sus of the provisions to which they are attached. The female is different from the er-cake in terms of shape, form and mood.

It is one of the characteristics of the woman that she sees the good that begins in the time of puberty and continues in a certain way every month until she finally ceases to give birth to children at the age of fifty or fifty-five.

Due to the physiological structures of women, blood from their wombs is closely related to many subjects such as na-maz, fasting, sexual intercourse, hajj, quran reading, divorce and iddet, and has led to the introduction of certain provisions that differ from men.

These situations, which are closely related to even worship, have been studied in detail in the books of fiqh (Is-lam law) for a long time. Especially these situations, which the scholars need to learn in detail, have naturally taken their place in the scientific ki-taps.

Blood from a woman's uterus is usually the show-off of one of the three state; menstruation, maternity (nifas), disease (consultation).

In order for the prayers to be carried out correctly, the issues that concern women need to be known in detail.

    Women's Learning of Fiqhî Mes'eles:

Fiqh: Lugatte means "to know something." Later, islamic huku-kuna fiqh science was called.

Fiqh's Mevzûu: They are the acts of the taxpayer. Purpose from the taxpayer; He is a wise and wise Muslim.

Source of The Fiqh: The Book is Circumcision, İcmâi Ummah and Karim.

The purpose of the fiqh is to bring man to life in two worlds.

Provision and Virtue of the Fiqh: It is farcical that every Muslim learns the amount of money they need. (2). Even if a person learns part of the Qur'an and does not have time for it, he is busy with the mind that is efdal. Because it is farcical to memorize the Qur'an (3), and to recite the required amount of the fiqh is farcical. (4).

Since women occupy a very important place in the science of fiqh, and women have many other important and religious professions such as to reach the bus, to pray, to pray, to fast, to be a violation of the sex, etc. We will endeavour to present these important issues to Muslim girls, women and even men as much as we can in the light of the kay-nak works and understandably. These mes'eles are the subjects of the fiqh, which is far from known.

It is imperative to learn these subjects to women and girls, as well as to teach their mothers, fathers, husbands and guardians.

If a woman doesn't know about these things, her husband will teach her as much as she knows. That is her husband's duty, and if her husband does not know, he will go and teach his wife. If her husband's time is not permissible, he will allow his wife, and she will ask and learn from the scholars in her literary circle, or she will take these works and read them.

If the husband does not allow it because of his ignorance, she will go without permission, and she will learn from the scholars of the religious professions that are obligatory to her. In this way, he will be saved from the temptation. Because, Hz. Pey-gamber (p.a.v.) "learning knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim, male and female." he said, "I'm not going to do (5)

A woman who does not know what she is is a woman performs her prayers and fasts without knowing them, and becomes a day-to-day person. It is a great day and dangerous to have a spiritual recluse, which is a religious, medical, sociable disaster for every generation. Some of our young people in our time don't know, they don't ask, they don't even know what they don't know.

However, 'Imam Mu-hammed has written a standalone book about women's situations.' (6).

Religious professions, which are essential and obligatory for men, not women and girls, to read and learn cannot be neglected under the pretext of shame.

When a man and a woman get sick, doesn't he show even the most intimate place to the doctor? And it's a good way to show it.

These issues are referred to in the Islamic Fiqh as "Cleanliness" and these issues are mentioned in the bondage - te-mizlik.

The thousandth of Islam is founded on cleanliness. Al-lah (c.c.) cannot be worshipped without being purification, and it is obligatory to teach and cleanse these matters well for servitude and worship. Cleanliness is a condition of worship. (7).

Since it is not always permissible for everyone to explain these mes'eles in a way that not everyone knows, and when asked about it, it is not always possible to present these important bets that everyone needs in book form and in a way that everyone can understand. If we can be useful, we'll have our blessings.

Anti-Islamic Zionists and imperialists have always used and still use women as the most powerful weapon to destroy, debunk and disrupt Islam. The insidious enemy who cannot destroy Islam and Muslims with material power and weapons; as a modern weapon, he has corrupted the morality of our Muslim-man woman and lost the sacred and supreme value that Islam has given her, turned her into a meth of lusts, poured them into so-kaks, and lost her personality, morality and integrity. Dream-man can make our woman a slave to fashion and lust, and put her in any shape and charade she wants and rob her.

Hampher, a British exploitation agent, told him in his memoir, "How to Destroy Islam," that when the British Minister of Colonies sent Hampher to the Islamic Countries, he was firmly instructed:

"We have taken To Spain from the unbelievers through prostitution and drink, and we must seize the other lands on the occasion of these two powerful means." (8).

So we tried to present as much as we could to our Muslim women about their identity, personality and religious culture, starting with this place that the enemy destroyed and continues to destroy.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the esteemed "CELAL YILDI-RIM, İsMAİl KAYA, ABDULLAH BÜYÜK teachers and Associate Professor Cemalettin AKYUREK for their research and assistance in medical matters" and to our other brothers who contributed to these studies.

The endeavour is from us, and the repentance is from Allah (c.c.).
