and Acirc; He praises Allah, the Lord of lemes; our Lord Hazrat. Muhammad (s.a.v.)'e, his al and companions, and we will bring salat u salam to those who ta-bi them until the day of Resurrection.

There is no doubt that the Prophet. The sires (life stories) and histories of the Prophet and his companions are one of the strongest sources of the strength of faith and the sense of religion. Muslims have received the glow of faith from them so far. The burning hearts are aflame with them. Hearts go out quickly because they are in the area where material winds and storms blow. If their hearts go out, Muslims lose their strength, their influence and the characteristics that distinguish them from other people and turn into a lifeless corpse.

    HAYATU'S COMPANIONS 4 VOLUMES
This history is the history of the heroes who believed in the invitation of Islam that came to them and carried it with their hearts. When these heroes were referred to Allah and His Messenger, they said, "O our Lord! We say, ‘Believe in your Lord! a caller who calls to faith (Hazrat. We heard (Muhammad or the Qur'an) and immediately believed" ( and Ajirj;l-lmran/193) they said nothing but their words and the Prophet about everything. They supported the Prophet. Their lives, goods and tribes were of little value to them. They were ready to face all kinds of hardships on the way of inviting Allah. For this reason, they thought the sufferings were good. This is the one who has penetrated into their hearts, mastered their souls and minds. Wonderful things have become true of them because of believing in the unseen and loving Allah and His Messenger. They were severe against the believers (among themselves) and severe against the Decrepit. and they preferred the hereafter to the world, the unseen to the present, and the guidance to accumulating wealth; and they were very careful about the invitation to Allah. Their aim was to lead people from worshipping to worshipping Allah and to bring them out from the oppression of superstitious religions to the justice of Islam and from the narrowness of the world to the vastness of the hereafter. They wanted to encourage humanity not to care about the ornaments and goods of the world, to desire to meet Allah and paradise, and to make great efforts to spread the Islamic help and charity from east to west, from mountains to plains, to the whole world until they reached the vast valleys. On this way, they forgot the tastes of the world and gave up their rest. Again, they abandoned their promises and spent their lives and the best of their wealth for this purpose. they worked in such a way that We finally settled the religion in its full meaning; hearts were completely devoted to Allah. the winds of faith began to blow strong, clean and fertile. Jul. Tev-

the state of hid and faith, worship and piety was established; the demand increased. With the spread of the guidance on earth, people began to enter the religion of Allah in groups.

Their events are recorded in history books, and their news (my life) is recorded in the divans of Islam. They have always been the source of awakening the spirit of innovation in the life of Muslims. For this reason, the believers of Islam, the reformers and their invitees have narrated these incidents and stories that have been attributed to them (the companions); they have taken advantage of them in order to awaken the zeal of Muslims and ignite their hearts with the fire of faith. But there came a time when Muslims did not look at this history and forgot about it. Muslim writers, preachers and invitees turned to the news of the zahids of the last period, the sheikh and his wives. They filled their books with the stories and miracles of these toils, sheiks and married people. The public has not read anything else than these. Preaching assemblies, lecture rings, book pages were filled with them.

As far as we know, the first one of those who understood the virtue of the news and experiences of my companions in this century, the importance of this reformer and educational wealth buried between the pages in the Islamic invitation and religious education issues and its effect on the hearts, was the great reformer, the famous Islamic invitation sheikh Muhammad ilyas KandehleviMir (the father of the author of this book Muhammad Yusuf Kan Dechlevi). (Death of Hijri 1363; M. 1944). He was constantly reading books about these topics, having them read, and then transmitting them by way of explanation or reminder. His Prophet. I saw that the Prophet was very fond of his siret and the news of his companions. He was negotiating these with talebe and his friends. Every night one of them read these stories, and he, along with the others, listened to them willingly. He wanted them to be brought back to the agenda, to be cheered up and to have their negotiations. The son of his (Muhammad Ilyas') brother, the great mu-haddis Sheikh Muhammad Zakariya Kandahlavi, has copyrighted a medium-sized book in Urdu. This book was written about the lives of the companions and its name was Hikayatu's-Sahaba (Stories of the Companions). (He has another book called Awjazul-Mesalik ila Muwatta-i imam Malik). His uncle was very pleased when he saw this ki-tab of his. He would advise those who invite people to the religion of Allah and those who go on journeys for this to read this book and negotiate. This book is also one of the most important books recommended to be read by those who want to convey the message and act in the way of Allah today, and it is widely accepted in religious circles.

Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf, as the successor of his father, the great Sheikh Muhammad tlyas (after his death), took the duty of conveying the message on his shoulders. Hz. He also became aware of the Prophet's siret and the companions of my Kiram in his desire for ahvalin. In fact, it was he who read these stories and lessons to his father while he was alive from his writings and works describing the lives of his companions. Although he was very busy about the invitation after his death, Siyer did not stop from reviewing the history and tabakat books. There is no one among our scholars who has wider knowledge about the Decencies of the companions' news and situations than him. He himself used to convey these news and revelations at every opportunity and brought evidence from them in the most beautiful way. He is also the one who compiled these news in the best way. He used them the most in his speeches, correspondence and conferences. It can be said that the only reason for the effect of his speech, his words that almost charmed people, on the hearts were these historical stories and true stories. It is these stories that lead the masses to make sacrifices, to prefer someone else to themselves, not to care about difficulties, to endure hardships in the way of Allah. During his time, he was invited to Arab countries, America, Europe, Japan and the islands of the Indian Ocean. At that time, the Decrees of the invitees and those who went on expeditions for this purpose could read and negotiate between them; there was a great need for a person who would feed their hearts and minds, stimulate their religious feelings and show them the way, make them sacrifice their lives and property willingly in the way of Allah and encourage them to emigrate, to help each other and to good morals in the way of Allah. This should have been such a book that the souls of those who read it should have shrunk in their eyes like lakes shrink in the face of big seas and tall people shrink in the face of lofty mountains. Again, Muslims who read this should have come to effort by underestimating their deeds and ignoring their lives in the way of inviting Allah.

    HAYATU'S COMPANIONS 4 VOLUMES
Allah Almighty wished to bestow Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf Kandahlevi with the virtue of invitation on this great subject, as well as the virtue of copyrighting such a book. However, he was away from copyright and writing life because he was busy teaching, organizing meetings, making big trips for guidance and communication purposes, and with delegations from outside. However, with the repentance and help of Allah and with the extraordinary effort he had, te-life was also able to devote time. Thus, he brought together royalty with an invitation, which was a very difficult thing, and with the permission and help of Allah, first to annotate the commentary of imam Tahawi's book Meani'l- ve Ajirc;sar under the name of Emani'l-Akhbar and in large volumes, and then to write the book called Sahaba in three large volumes

it succeeded. In this book (Hayatu'l-Sahaba), Siyer compiled konulan, which is scattered in the history and tabaqat books. Hazrat to the subjects. He was dealing with the news of the prophet; in the second degree, he was giving place to the stories of the companions. He dealt with the aspects of these, especially those related to invitation and education; those related to invitations and educators. Thus, this book became a reminder for those who invite, a provision for those who work in the way of Allah, and a madrasa of faith and nearness for all Muslims. The author compiled this book from the books of the companions. He has brought the stories, Decrees and stories of the companions, which are very rare to be found in a single book, to a certain extent in this book. While doing this, he revised many hadith, musnad, history and tabakat books. For this reason, the book depicts the age of the companions and conveys their (companions') lives, traits, morals and memories to us. The careful researches made during the compilation of the stories and stories were also reflected in the book and increased its influence. It is because of all these characteristics that a person who reads this course finds himself in an environment of faith, invitation, heroism, virtue, sincerity and zuhd.

If it is true to say that "The book is a part of what passes through the author's heart, it is the essence of his life; therefore, it is as effective and successful as it is influenced by his beliefs, his life in substance and meaning," I can definitely say that this book has been both effective and achieved its purpose. Because the author wrote it because of his faith and because of his love and enthusiasm for Islam. The love of his companions has penetrated into his flesh and blood; it has completely covered his feelings and thoughts. May Allah make his life long and his life blessed! (The author is the 29th of the month of Dhu'l-Qada in the year of Hijri 1384. on the day he received the mercy of Allah in Lahore, which corresponds to the date of 2nd century AD 1965).

This book does not need my introduction or anyone else's. Because its author is a great person, a sincere person. As far as I know and according to my belief, it is a Divine bestowal. He is one of the hates (beauties and blessings) of the era in the power of faith and invitation. He is a person who gives himself to the invitation and gives up everything on this path, the like of which is encountered only after long periods of fetret. He manages a religious movement, which is the strongest, the widest and the most tremendous in terms of affecting the souls. He has given me a favor by printing this preface himself. So I wrote these lines to contribute to this great work and to bring me closer to Allah. May Allah accept this book and separate His servants from it.

Who is the Author Muhammad Yusuf Kandahlavi?

MuhammadYusuf Kandahlavi is the son of Muhammad ilyas Kandahlavi and belongs to a famous family known for its piety, teachers and murshids during the Shah Jahan of India. Tuesday March 20, 1917 Born on Hijri 25 Jamadiya'l-Ula 1335 in Dehli province of India, the author grew up around a family that found fame with their knowledge and deeds. He studied among the scholars and was brought up under their education and supervision. Muhammad Yusuf Kandahlavi, who memorized the Holy Quran when he was ten years old, took lessons from Sheikh Abdullatif, the director of a hadith school in Islamabad, and similar scholars after his first education; later, he graduated from great scholars such as his uncle's son Sheikh Muhammad Zakariya Kandahlavi around 1354 AD (1935 AD). The author, who is a complete lover of knowledge, has given most of his time to the collection of knowledge. In the period of Hadith learning, he started copyright with his book called Emani'l- Akhbar, which is the commentary of the commentary of Tahawi's book called Meani'l- ve Ajirc;sar. His surroundings were always full of murshids and scholars. All the members of his family were people who had educated themselves in religious sciences. Saturday July 24, 1943, Muhammad Yusuf, who received benefits from each of them in various ways, finally received permission from his father, the great mursi Sheikh Muhammad ilyas on 21st of 1362 (Saturday July 24th, 1943). Not long after that, his father passed away.

After the death of his father, there were major changes in Sheikh Mohammed Yusuf's life. When he had given all his time to knowledge and royalty, he suddenly turned to guidance in a way. He no longer stopped at one place, traveled all over the Indian continent (India and Pakistan) from village to village, town to town, worked day and night, tirelessly and tirelessly. He devoted only two or three hours of his twenty-four hours to rest and error; he had no free time. He talked for hours at the meetings he attended. Most of his speeches are Hazrat. He was passing by giving examples from the lives of the Prophet and his companions. While fulfilling his duty of guidance and communication, he made many long speeches and arduous journeys. In the twenty-odd years of his life, Irshad organized more than fifty major meetings. After the separation of India and Pakistan, he made sixteen trips to the cities of East and West Pakistan, organizing meetings and making speeches there. He also wanted to do guidance and communication studies in Mecca and Medina, which are the cradle of Islam, and to receive attention from the people of these places. In this way, he hoped that he would have the opportunity to spread all over the world through those who come on pilgrimage every year. For this reason, he started to preach Islam to those who went on pilgrimage by sea in the big port cities of India at first; among them were those who participated wholeheartedly in the duty of Deciphering the message. Later, he made trips to Hejaz (Arabia) personally; he was sending delegations even if he was not going himself. The rulers of the Islamic countries, who were aware of his activities, invited him to their hometowns. The activities of the Communiqué Congregation, which he heads, Hazrat. It consisted of conveying the religion of Islam by narrating the stories of the Prophet and his companions. After Mecca and Medina, Muhammad Yusuf also sent delegations to Egypt, Sudan and Iraq. Thus, in a short period of time, this communiqué spread to the entire Arabian peninsula. The center of Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf Kandahlavi's activity was the city of Dehli in India. Delegations from various Islamic countries also came and went to this center. During his time, the activities of the Communiqué Congregation had spread to Asia, Europe and Africa. His heartfelt speeches would ignite torches in the hearts of the listeners.About a year after Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf Kandahlavi returned from the last pilgrimage, he completed his preparations and set out on a long journey on 10 Shawwal 1384 (12 February 1965) in order to fulfill his duty of communication and guidance. Large and crowded meetings were held in the places where he went, perhaps the like of which history has not recorded. Because he spoke with all his might in these meetings, his vocal cords were impaired; he suffered from many ailments and diseases, including cough. At the end of this great journey he set out, when he was about to return to India, he broke out into a sweat until morning on the night of the day he spoke at a large meeting held in Lahore, and the next day he was taken to the hospital and died on the way (Hijri 29 Dhul-Qad 1384 - Miladi 2 April 1965). Mu-ellif repeats the word-i tawhidi during the deceased's death. Hz. He brought salat u salam to the Prophet and recited the prayers narrated from him. After the funeral prayers were performed twice by a large crowd in Lahore, nashi was taken to Dehli. Here, with the rising of the sun, a second funeral prayer was performed from seventy thousand people. This prayer was performed by his uncle's son, muhaddis Muhammad Zakariyya Kandahlavi. After the prayer, he was buried in the Nizamuddin tomb, where his father was buried. The deceased author was of medium height, hazel eyes, black beard and bushy hair. Her face was wide, her eyes were bright and she was extremely attractive. He himself would have looked pensive. Each of his disciples believed that ‘My sheikh loves me more than anyone’. In his conversations, he would only make and listen to religious conversations. He was a sincere and faithful person. Especially the Prophet. He had a deep knowledge about the times in which the Prophet and his companions and their nature lived. This person was a wonder of Allah Ta'ala, who endowed him with superior and beautiful attributes. His speeches and prayers made a great impression on the listeners. So much so that those who listened to him often cried, and sometimes passed out. With the extraordinary effort bestowed on him by Al-lah Teala, he reached his goal in a short time. Although his whole life was full, he copyrighted two great books named Hayatu's- Sahaba and Emani'l-Akhbar. His son Muhammad Harun, who became his heir after him, follows his path. Bless his soul! May Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and all my Muslims.
