    BISMÎLLAHİRRAHİRAHIM

    FOREWORD OF THE BODY

Hamdu Senâ, the Lord of all worlds, is a mah-silence to Allah(celle celâlühu). Peace be upon our prophet Mohammed Mustafa, his family and his ashab.

Like any Muslim-man who is obliged to teach religious knowledge to Muslims, we strive to fulfill this quasi-duty. With this purpose, we start with this purpose and find that we have added another one to our works that we have presented to the benefit of my Muslim people with the permission of Allah.

This precious work, which was obtained as a result of great efforts by having the very famous book of Badr Publication-vi Kadi lyaz, which has always taken it upon itself to serve our Muslim people, to our esteemed teachers Huseyin Sûdi Erdogan and Naim Er-dogan, one of the minced religious scholars of our time, was also presented to the benefit of our Muslim people after being meticulously passed through the control of a delegation.

We ask Cenab-i Hak that this work, which consists of healing for all kinds of diseases and a description of the hadith-i sheriffs of the prophet (Sallaliahü aleyhi and Sellem), which is a cure for all kinds of diseases, will lead our nation to heal the various diseases of all Muslims today, to heal their troubles and to be a panacea.

Endeavour is from God, who is repentant of us.

Essalât-ü vesselâmu al-Apostle Muhammad and his scholar and prophet Muhammad.

ESER TETKİK and TAKDİm A. INTELLECTUAL YAVUZ

    (Former Mufti of Istanbul)

When all living and inanimate beings in the universe are examined and considered separately with their beginning and final state and their current conditions, a san'atm above the human being, a power and will above the realms, the dominance of a knowledge that the minds cannot comprehend is felt and seen; Thus, by admitting his incapacity, he submits to the Temptation and turns to the duty of servitude. It is the mind in him that makes man honorable. because human beings are among creatures whose species and characteristics are too many and different to be counted; he has become the most obnterous being thanks to his intellem. It is always possible to evaluate the item and use it in the service of human-yet, worship the creator and earn a degree with this mind. However, man is the most beautiful and perfect of creatures in terms of form and arbitrariness.

In verse 4 of the Vacib Surah, which created the world of beings:

"We have created the human sex in the most beautiful form and consistency."

by ordering, we draw attention to the distinguished characteristics of man.

Then, thanks to this mind, Allah informs us that he has sent messengers from among themselves, so that people may find the right path, and live in a good way yesterday, and prosper in the Hereafter.

We sent a messenger to the people among them, so that he might say, "Worship God. You have no God but him. Are you not afraid of him?" (23/33)

Thus, the most distinguished of the people are the Prophets, who have shown the people the way of truth and who are the messengers of Allah. The most virtuous and distinguished of the prophets is the Prophet Muhammad(Sallallahu and Sellem); Because About him, The Almighty says:

"We sent you to the Worlds as a mercy" (1) and "We sent you to all mankind, heralding Paradise and heralding the punishment." (2)

Then, in the sign of the Great Prophet:

He says, "Indeed, you are about to be a great fool."

At the same time, the end and complement of the prophetic line... Now the religion and morality that he brought to the apocalypse are valid and intact... In this regard, Al-lah Says:

"The Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah and the prophets are the last." (4)

To know Peygambe-ri, who takes his knowledge and morals directly from his Vacib Holiness and is full of wisdom and wisdom that grew up under His upbringing, is the main goal to obey Him and follow his path... People were created to worship God through the Prophets. How can one be obeyed and subjected to the quran, unless you recognize it with the blessing of reason?

The only way to salvation is to know the Great Prophet and to follow His example. In this regard, Cenab-i Hak says:

"As those who desire God and the Day of Judgment, there is a good envy in the Messenger that you will follow and acquire." (S)

Is it possible to be in the way of a Prophet with such a high reputation and great duty without knowing his personality, without learning his morals, without bowing to his miracles, without knowing his orders and prohibitions? We are in the position of knowing our Prophet in the measure of the understanding of our different minds and we are always in this responsibility. In order to free us from this responsibility and therefore to gain love and to speed up the sacred trust, Islamic scholars have written numerous works about the prophet muhammad, tried to explain and promote his kemalat with a complete violation to the extent that their intellect is sufficient and their rations allow, and encouraged him to follow his example. It is an unquestionable fact that great services are done to the Religion of Islam with these works. However, like the trees that are easily collected, there are some that are easy to exploit in the introspection of artifacts. "Ash-ShifS bi-Ta'rîf-i Legal'l-Mustafa"" is one of these works. For centuries, it has been read in the câmi and madrasahs, and the hatmin has been continued in a vird form. It was written in a neat statement and the most robust de-lillers were witnessed by showing minimal diligence in order to introduce my Messenger of God (Anti-Semitism vesselam) in every year.

This work was previously published in Ottoman; however, the expression used is very heavy and is not understandable to today's generation. With great initiative and diligence, this work (the honorable Naim Erdogan, Huseyin S. Erdogan) has been translated into Turkish by the gentlemen. While thanking them for their great service, I pray to Almighty Allah that the readers take advantage of this and feel that spiritual light.

Before we give information about the content of the work, let's mention the author of the work:

Kaadi lyaz, who prepared the work in Arabic. His dog tag (Abu'l-Fadl) and his father's name is Moses. He is one of the scholars and scholars. Hijrî was born in 476 in Septe. Then he moved to Andalusia, where he was found in Kurtuba and other cities with a center of knowledge, where he studied.

She served as a woman in Septefor a long time and in Gırnatain December, emigrated to Merakesh (Morocco) towards the end of her life and died there in H. 544. May god's mercy be upon you... Some of his important works include:

    1- Inscriptive'l-îkmal (Muslim Sherhi)

    2- Envaru'l-Mesharîk (Auditions)

    3- Et-Tenbihat (Garib Hadîsler hk.)

    4- Ash-Shifâ bi-Ta'rîf-i Hukuki'l-Mustafa (Tercemesi presented work)

This latest work, which is a bet, has many evils and vermin.

According to the statement of Scribe Çelebi, the most beautiful of these evils is the two-volume work "Sherhu mâ Temesse'l-Hacetu lleyhi min Elfazi'ş-Shifâ", written by Abu Abdullah Mohammed of Tilmisan. (6)

    BOOK TOPICS:

The topics contained in the book are collected in four parts and each part is divided into baboons and chapters. We're going to outline it here. For detail, the book's fihrist parable can be used.

Part One: Torecompense the Prophet(Sallallahu and Sel-lem), the master of the universe.

    5- Vacib Praises the Prophet,

6- The fact that His Holiness has gathered all the good things and all the good in him, both in terms of morality and surrogaciation,

7- True and omniscing news that informs the prophet's discreencation on the floor of the Truth,

8- Bu-load miracles and omens that His Holiness has ordered in the hands of the Prophet. Features that are unique to the Prophet.

Part Two: The responsibilities that people bear towards the Prophet and the rights they must fulfill.

1- The obligation to believe in the Prophet, to obey his orders, to adhere to the sun-net,

2- The need to have love for the Prophet and to take advice from him,

3- To accept the prophet's command as great, to respect Him and to be faithful to Him,

4- The judgment and virtue of bringing Salât-ü Salah to the Prophet.

Part Three: What is permissible about the Prophet.

    a) Things that belong to religious affairs,

    b) Situations that belong to the world's affairs.

Part Four: The puny provisions against anyone who sees a lack of the Prophet or speaks to Him...

Hulâsa, the secret and spiritual purpose of life, is gathered in two sentences to know that Prophet, to obey Him...

I pray for guidance and forgiveness from His Holiness, wishing that only muslims, the generation of people and jinn who will continue until the apocalypse, will be aware of this mystery and receive fez from it.

    Attention readers!..

This book, which has been presented to you, is one of the best that Islamic scholars have written about it before it. Musannifi Kaad-i Iyâz (Rahimehullah) is one of the great foyer of the Maliki sect. He is also one of the few scholars of hadith science. Hadith Science and Usul-u Fiqh have the authority to determine which hadith is in terms of the degree of judgment. He sees what the words are that will be expressed in the Procedural Religion and accordingly, he is a scholar of truth and Islam. These characteristics are accepted by Islamic scholars and stated in their works. In this respect, those who read his work should not keep these specialities out of sight. How the Verses and Hadith-i Sharifs, which are shown as evidence in the text of the book, are evaluated by the Islamic Imams and scholars and how they are evaluated by the mdash; For the most part, we think it would be right not to object to how it is done without sufficient qualms.

The necessary bonds for what happened in The Quran of the Hadith-i Sharifs in the Book are shown below them. In giving these, it was pointed out which book and which baboon of Hadith-i Sharif Sahihayn and Sünen-i Erbaa were destroyed.

a and mdash; Today, the existing Log-ü Sitte prints are shown first the book number, then the name, then the baboon, and then the Hadith-i Sharif number. The name of the prophet was given at the end.

b and mdash; In other hadiths, imam Suyutî's "Menahil-üs' Safa" Healing Talaric was given the number of the owner.
