"O you who have believed! Beware of Allah properly and leave the interest (you will take)! If you are (really) believers (you should do so. Because the evidence of faith is to keep the commandments of Allah in which you believe).
'' If you do not do (the task of relinquishing interest), a great war (waged against interest-makers) from Allah and His Messenger.
Know well. "(From the Surah of Baqara: 278,279)

    PREFACE

It is an endless praise to Allâh-u Ta'âlâ, who did great favors to His servants by making it unlawful for treaties that harm individuals and the public, such as interest, and unlimited salat to the Prophet (Salahallah Aleyhi and Salam) and his companions al-i who communicated these harams to us. after the salute!
It should be known that zevât-ı kirâm such as Ebû Hanîfe, Süfyân-ı Sevrî, Fudayl ibni 'Iyâz, Dâv ud-u Tâî and Şâfi'î (Radıyallâhu Anhüm), who were from his predecessor, said: "Faith, prayer, zakat, pilgrimage. After learning about the issues of ablution and ghusl, it is also fard to learn things that have a decree in the Shari'ah such as shopping, marriage and talaq. "
The Prophet (Sallâllâhu Aleyhi ve Salam) "Studying knowledge is fard for every Muslim" (İbni Mâce, Iman: 17, no: 224, 1/81; Abu Ya'lâ, al- Musnad, no: 2837, 5/223) hadith- What is meant by the job is to know them.
For, it becomes fard to learn whatever the Shari'ah prescribes an obligation. He who does not collect it is forbidden. As a matter of fact, Ali ibni Abi Talib (Radıyallâhu Anh)
He said, "Whoever does business without having to learn the science of fiqh in religion will sink into interest, fall on interest, and drown in interest. Ebulleys es-Semerkandî, Tenbîhü'l-ghafiin, p: 364)
For this reason, Ömer ibni Hattâb (Radıyallâhu Anh) said, "Those who have not studied fiqh in religion and who do not complete the scales should not shop in our bazaars" and prohibited the ignorant from trading.

INTERESTED TREATMENTS - DEBT AND RELEASE OF NEEDS

Let it be known that; In the television conversations I attended, you were constantly asked questions about interest.
In particular, they were questioned on issues such as credit cards, stock markets, insurance, financial institutions, dividends, gold account, automobile insurance and leasing. I was trying to answer these poor questions as much as time allowed, but these answers were not in the form of "Permissible" or "Not permissible" and were detailed, and in some subjects they were divided into "It is permissible, if not permissible", some subjects such as gold account for 1 hour. I had told you.
Of course, since my answers will not be in the minds of the listeners, I wanted to discuss and explain both the great haram of interest and the issues that are in danger of being related to interest, so that these important issues can be understood not by listening to the audio recording but by reading the written record. I wrote the treatise.
May Allah protect our sentence from being involved in harams such as interest and other transactions with suspicion of interest. and Acirc; mîn!
