PREFACE
With the collapse of the Ottoman Empire and the abolition of the caliphate, the Islamic countries were left headless, the unity consciousness between them disappeared and they dispersed. Their contact with each other also broke off. According to the maps drawn by the imperialist West at the desk, 64 states / states were born in Asia, Europe and Africa from the Ottoman balance. In the bipolar world, some of the Islamic countries took part in the Capitalist bloc and some in the Communist bloc.
In addition to the world's wealth resources, the fact that a significant part of the energy resources are in the geography where Muslim states are located increased the insatiable appetite of the imperialist West and took permanent measures to exploit these countries. United Nations organization was established. NATO was established. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights has been published. Based on this declaration, the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) was put into effect and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) was established.

These organizations, their subsidiaries, and the so-called efforts for the well-being of humanity, which should strive for the well-being of humanity, only served more exploitation. With the start of the Glasnost-Perestroika movements in the Soviet Union, which was still closed to the outside while all these developments were taking place, and as a result of the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the West chose Islam as its enemy. At the NATO meeting of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in Scotland, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, "What are we going to do now, will we dissolve NATO?" To the question Thatcher: "Ideology without an enemy cannot survive. In order for us to survive, we must have an enemy. The Soviet Union disintegrated and ceased to be an enemy. We have to put a new enemy in its place. This new enemy will be ISLAM." gave the answer. We see clearly here that the West has openly declared the Islamic world as the enemy. These organizations still carry out this mission in order to realize the ideals of Europe, USA and Israel today.

In the center of the Islamic world, in Palestine, aiming to realize the ideal of establishing a great state on the promised lands, Israel was founded. Zionist Israel, which carried out the first phase of its insidious plans under the auspices of England, has been terrorizing Palestine from the very beginning and continues to implement its insidious plans to shape the region in line with its own ideals.
The USA and Europe, who regard the realization of the betrayal plans of the Zionist Israel and its presence and security in the region as their primary duty, take all measures that will break the power of the Muslim countries in the Middle East and weaken them. It draws the maps divided into small states based on ethnic and sect in the region, and for this purpose, it continues the tutelage wars with sectarian and ethnic fights, and supports terrorist organizations.

In the bipolar world of the Cold War Turkey it took its place in NATO. rotating the direction of the West, the new Republic of Turkey, before the name of the EEC, the EC and the Islamic countries to enter the EU for the sake of political and economic relations were kept at a low level.

With the "A New World" project, Necmettin Erbakan continued his efforts to establish rapprochement and cooperation with the Islamic World throughout his political life.

Erbakan aimed to realize the ideal of a New World in two stages.

The first stage was the Islamic Union, that is, the gathering of 60 Muslim countries, and the establishment of unity and solidarity against imperialism.

The second stage was the unity of 160 aggrieved and oppressed countries against the ministers.

In order for this to happen, he gradually put forward important work.

Our first psychological rapprochement with the Islamic World started with Operation Kıbns Peace. Our honorable stance on the subject of Kibns pleased our friends. This operation was welcomed with enthusiasm in the Islamic world after the constant loss of land since the Ottoman Empire, and aid offers came from Muslim countries.

Erbakan, as a coalition partner, made great efforts for the material and spiritual development and improvement of our country during his time in power. He focused on religious education in order to increase the awareness of Islam. It increased the number of IHE and Quran courses. It increased its trade volume with Muslim countries.
Erbakan Hodja brought up the occupation and atrocities in various parts of the world for the first time. It supported Islamic movement organizations in these regions. Moro closely followed the massacres and developments in Arakan, Chechnya, Kashmir, Rwanda, Bosnia, Karabakh, East Turkistan, Afghanistan and other countries, and supported the Muslims in these countries. In this way, he ensured that the issue was on the agenda of Turkish governments and public opinion.

He personally made efforts to prevent conflicts between Muslims wherever they may be.

He continued his 22-day shuttle diplomacy, especially to prevent the First Gulf War.

It organizes "Union of Muslim Communities" meeting every year, gathering the leaders and managers of the movement in Istanbul. He had him watch the Conquest ceremonies of Istanbul. After these ceremonies, important meetings and meetings were held regarding the future of Islamic countries and Muslims in the world, and important decisions were made here. He advised the executives who came here to carry out their struggles in the countries they were in by doing political work. In addition, he pioneered the leaders of Muslim countries to come together and make evaluations in Mecca during the Hajj season.

This book has been compiled from the speeches of our teacher Erbakan on the subject.

In order to prevent the Gulf War, Erbakan met with Saddam, the Saudi King Faisal and Kuwaiti officials together with the leaders of the Muslim communities, the historical conference on the "European Islamic Union" held at the Thedor Hertzel Hall in Basel, organized by ESAM every year in Istanbul. In this work you will find his "Islamic Union" speech at the meeting of the Union of Muslim Communities, and his speech on the anniversary of D-8. Erbakan Hodja's efforts to bring Muslims together against imperialism and to establish the Islamic Union are "A New World" efforts.

His colleagues and co-workers also witnessed Erbakan's efforts. The Minister of Internal Affairs of the period Oğuzhan Asiltürk and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources M. Recai Kutan wrote for this work as they witnessed it personally.

Young Erbakan wrote a letter to his teacher, in which he told his teacher that he had witnessed at a very important meeting while he was in Germany for his Ph.D. Erbaş's article and that the Islamic Union is continuing; meetings, conferences and photographs taken with leaders of Islamic countries were also presented.
