Dear reader!
This book in your hand; By reviewing the works of Ibni Sina, known as "Avicenne" by Europeans, who for centuries led and shed light on the medical world, "al-Kan-n fi't-Tıb" consisting of three volumes of 1540 pages and Dâvûd-ı Antâkî's "Tezkere" and Ibni Sina's "Mücerrebat" (experienced) with the words "Cerrebtü" (which I have experienced), were chosen and prepared by HH Osman Efendi and his student Arif Pamuk.
The compounds in this book have been used for treatment for centuries and have been taught as courses in European universities.
My late teacher had very much wished for this work to be published in Turkish in my life. In the last days of his life, he listed the plants in the order of letters and wrote against which diseases they healed. But it was not possible to publish.
These compounds are a source of healing for diseases. My late Elocam would have said:
"Many people who did not find a cure for their problems even though they spent a lot of money, recovered thanks to these compounds."

Dear Reader!
Before I get into the subject that I want to draw your attention to, I wish you to live without pain and sorrow throughout your life, and I wholeheartedly pray from God, who is both giver and recipient.
1— As our dear readers who follow our works closely with great appreciation and kindness know, this book you are holding in your hands consisted of three separate volumes. It was necessary to look at these separate books for a subject that was applied and researched, which took time and delayed treatment. To eliminate this difficulty, we made three volumes into a book and added many new topics that were not available in previous editions. Our aim is to enable you, our readers, to benefit from our book more widely.
2— We advise our readers not to be upset that “I could not find a cure” immediately when a single use of a compound specified in the book does not result in any disease. All treatments usually take some time. Let the composition applied for this sentence continue for a while at least three times a day. As a result, healing will be found with the permission of Allah (C.C.).
3— This work has been translated word by word, line by line, with almost astonishing attention from its original sources, and various compositions contained in the book have been used by people for years and have become a source of remedy for many hopeless.
Many people who pursue commercial purposes and claim that they have created a work on this subject haunted our work because they did not know Arabic - Ottoman, therefore could not go to the original sources and did not have any information about plants, unfortunately they distorted the composition and the tariffs and determined the pages.
However, the use of defaced compounds gives people new problems instead of healing, and destroys the human body.

I read the book "Medicinal Plants and Emraz" prepared by our late Madinah Hacı H. M. Osman Akfırat and published by one of his young and devoted students, H. Arif Pamuk, with pleasure and excitement. I was happy to see that a new one has recently been added to the works on public health and medicinal plants.
This work presents many natural treatment formulas that have been tried for centuries, faithfully to my originals, and also states many sanitary rules that are beneficial for human health. I wish forgiveness from Allah to the late HM Osman Akfırat, the author of this valuable work, which I believe will be very useful for the reader and those who are interested in health folklore, and wishes the treatment with herbal medicines and the medicinal drug chemistry to be made useful for the public health in Turkey as in Europe. I sincerely congratulate the employees on this issue.
