    PREFACE

The basis of worship is solid beliefs. The beliefs that are not based on solid belief have no value in the sight of Allah. May Allah be pleased with them. Salaf scholars, in the first periods of Islam, were Hz. They determined the way of belief that the Prophet (pbuh) was on, and by rejecting the corrupt beliefs, they passed on to us a pure and solid way of belief, the way of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jamaat.

Hz. The sect that the Prophet (pbuh) sallallahu had the good news that he was saved are those who adhere to the belief of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-congregation. The term "people of bid‘at" is used for those who are out of the Ahl-i Sunnah in terms of belief. Although the belief of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-congregation does not allow the whole people of Bid Bat to accuse them of infidelity or perversion, Hz. We have to protect ourselves from the beliefs of the people of this bid‘ah in order to follow in the footsteps of the Prophet, not to encounter dangerous breaches in the fields of belief, and to keep faith as a whole.

Imam and Acirc, who are the founders of the Hanafi Madhhab and are also regarded as the father of the Islamic Fiqh in today's sense, are known as the first founders of the belief of the Prophet Zamah, Ahl-i Sunnah wal-community.

Imam and Acirc spent a long time struggling against the people of bid'ah, dealing with issues related to kalam before joining the pro-gram, fiqh, and by following their opponents everywhere with their intelligence at the level of genius, rational conscientiousness, strong logic and dignitary style. He refused, and even arranged some travels in Iran and Iraq for this reason; Mûtezile managed to silence them in his debates with the Kharijites and Shiites. At the same time, he silenced themselves by discussing with Dehrîs who wanted to shake their Islamic beliefs by making the propaganda of the irreligion of the period and saved the beliefs of Muslims from shaking. These debates are famous.

Imam and Acirc, who were busy with kalam issues in order to protect their beliefs at the beginning, decided to follow the path of Salaf scholars and the Companions after their Prophet Zamba eliminated the danger; his struggle with the people of bid‘ah left his place to his studies of Hadith and Fiqh. Thus, after establishing their beliefs on solid foundations, Imam and Acirc turned to the science of healing, Fiqh and Hadith, believing that this occupation was necessary for the Muslims in the period and the centuries that followed, and continued their studies with their unique style and rich culture. With his unique method, he distinguished the soundness of hadiths from weaknesses and called it "Hadith Fiqh". In fiqh, he opened the door of ijtihad to those who came after him by using the Ray and ijtihad method widely. For this reason, he was also called the "Father of Fiqh". If Imam and Acirc did not have thousands of ijtihads put forward by this groundbreaking movement, Muslims would not know how to behave and would not be able to avoid being deviated. His greatest works are his students and his influence on the mujtahids that came after him with this era he opened. He could not be busy writing the book, but he is known to be the author of some treatises. He succeeded in writing his knowledge and ijtihads in the minds of his students, thus ensuring that science lived alive for centuries. Later, all his ijtihads and all the information narrated by his students were transferred to the books.

Imam and Acirc had a great influence on the scholars of Fiqh, who lived in their own period and in the periods after him, and they were able to express their own opinion with great courage about the provisions that are not included in the Book and the Sunnah, and broke new ground in ijtihad. Imam and Acirc made ijtihâd not only about the events that happened, but also about the issues that are likely to happen and need centuries later. The Islamic world got its power from these ijtihads. We can say that the Islamic states that have lived until today owed their power to Imam and Acirc; their scholarly activities and ijtihads, and that they took their intellectual structures from his ijtihads. And if the Islamic world will have a presence in the legal, economic, social and administrative spheres from now on, we can definitely say that the only condition for this depends on the use of the method of that great leader and the continuation of his scientific activities according to today's conditions as in the past. Again, Imam and Acirc; I would like to note here that the thought system in terms of the history of thought was not investigated properly and today is not properly introduced to my human beings.

By the way, I would like to mention an important point. Recently, unfortunately, Imam and Acirc; besides the scientific and intellectual studies of the hike, the Ahl-i Sunnah way established by him has been completely forgotten, beliefs have been corrupted and thoughts have diverged. The strangest thing is that some people who do not have authority in the religious field, even though their professions are military service, journalism, administration, the great leader Imam and Acirc; although they are unaware of the Ahl-i Sunnah way established by the Zam, they betray consciously or unknowingly against his way of belief and thought, they think they are the protectors, saviors and administrators of this road they do not know, namely Ahl as-Sunnah; Imam and Acirc present the thoughts in their minds as the Ahl al-Sunnah instead of the thoughts of the hike; Moreover, Teri, who objects to these thoughts, accuse him of swearing, perversion and wearing various handles; therefore, they want to take the Ahl al-Sunnah under their privilege. Thus, they try to exploit this pure way of belief by turning it into a commodity for trade. But they will never be allowed to do this.

This book in your hand is the commentary of Imam and Acirc, the book called "Fiqh-i Akbar" by His Holiness. It constitutes a great resource for those who want to learn the belief of Ahl as-Sunnah wal-congregation from the beginning in our age when the naive people declared themselves as saviors. This book will put its limits to the abusers, diviners, and self-ignorants.

The text of "Fiqh-i Akbar" () is the black inscriptions in it. These articles are at the top of the topics. His book is the valuable scholar Aliyyu'l-Kârî; Imam and Acirc; together with the book of Zam's "al-Vasıyye" and Imam and Acirc found in other books, and by bringing together the thoughts of the zam, and by making use of the ideas of scholars such as Razi, Taftazani, and Qanawi, well-known by the Ahl-i Sunnah. has done.

I tried to use as plain language as possible in translation. I did not add anything from myself except what the commentator said. However, I found the numbers of the verses and the sources of the hadiths and showed them in footnotes.

Aliyyu'l-Kârî also mentioned other views that were added to the principles of belief at the end of the book and brought together all the fatwas related to the words of blasphemy and brought together the words, thoughts and behaviors that pose a danger in terms of belief for Muslims today by transferring them from their sources.

The preservation of beliefs is to some extent dependent on these principles, which we can call moral. After reading this section, it will be possible to better understand the relationship of morality with beliefs. We can find many examples of this today. Our aim is to be beneficial to our Muslim brothers and sisters, to maintain the unity and solidarity of Muslims, to warn those who want to separate Muslims, by taking a sound path both in terms of morality and belief.

He presents this book of belief, which has a great scientific value, to the readers with the hope that it will be beneficial for those who want to learn the path of Ahl al-Sunnah in a sound way again, and that it will lock the door of vicious conflicts, separatism and exploitation. I pray from you. 12.4.1978.
