    Preface

It was started to be studied mostly towards the end of the first century Hijri and continued until the fifth century with the outstanding efforts of mujtahid imams and great lawyers; After the fifth century, ISLAMIC FIKHI, which developed with the uninterrupted efforts of the jurists who made serious research, ta'lil and preference on the sects, has expanded to a mind-boggling extent and has become an ocean. We can say that the science of fiqh is the most studied and written subject in the world. If we take into account the fact that mujtahid imams work not only on issues that live in the form of known traditions and customs, but also on issues that are likely to arise, we can easily understand how ISLAMIC FIKHI has attained. So much so that although many new issues have emerged with the developing science and technology today, it is possible to solve almost all of them under the light of the ijtihads of mujtahid imams and the scope of the general rules they put forward. As a matter of fact, such issues have been included in our work and necessary explanations have been made. In particular, the abnormal change of day and night as one moves towards the poles from the 45th degree, and how the worships that depend on certain times such as prayers and fasting in these places should be performed, have been stated on the basis of sound narrations and sound ijtihads; the expeditionary issue was clarified, the issue of the afterlife was explained in a way that would not leave any room for doubts; The issues of impurity and tahart have been sufficiently touched upon, and marriage, divorce and related issues have been explained according to Islamic Fiqh according to civil law.

Why was such a work needed? Although many catechisms, translations and copyrights have been written to date, none of them have been able to fully meet the need, and thus many fiqh issues, especially those related to worship, have remained unanswered. Considering this clarity, we chose about 20 sources and bases, which have an exceptional place in Islamic Fiqh, filtered the issues from them and did not neglect to indicate the source of each issue as footnotes. In this respect, we hope that our work will remain as a reference book for Muslims in four volumes and will maintain its identity as a reliable source to be used in the solution of many controversial issues. The admiration of our Muslim brothers, especially our religious scholars, of our GREAT CALM, which was published in 1973, covering the subject of worship according to the Hanafi and Shafii Sects, increased our courage. Demands increased day by day for me to prepare a four-volume reference book on worship and conduct. So much so that I had to spend some of the time I spared for my Qur'anic Tafsir studies, which I did not want to let go of, on the work in hand. Thank God I made it. I hope that my Lord will consider this service of ours to be popular and make it a means for our sins and faults to be forgiven. Al Reklam and B you I would like to express my gratitude to UYSAL KITABEVİ, which played a more poetic role by provoking and encouraging us in this regard. h d It is Allah who makes us successful. However, we praise Him and ask for His mercy and grace. Allah (c.c.) is sufficient for us and what an excellent Guardian He is! Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
